$1.50/km round trip (calculated from stylist’s location to venue and back)
Calgary Travel $80 Per Stylist
Some locations may be billed based on hours of travel
Hotel accommodations may be required for distant locations or very early/late bookings

Early Morning Fee

$100 per stylist, per hour for start times before 7 AM

Hair Extensions & Headpieces

Please inquire prior to booking
$45 per service (includes secure placement)

Blow Drying

Please inquire prior to booking
Adds 15–30 minutes to styling time
$45 fee

Assistant Fees

$190 per assistant (recommended for larger bridal parties or tighter timelines)

Additional Artist Fee

For large parties requiring multiple stylists or makeup artists, an additional artist may be booked.
Fee varies per artist depending on services required

Holiday Fee

$100 per stylist on statutory holidays (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, etc.)

On-Site Touch-Ups & Second Look

Hourly rate available for stylists to remain on-site for touch-ups, look changes, or photoshoots
