Policies NB stands by
These are the highlighted policies that you will find on your NB Bridal contract. These are in place to protect NB and the freelancer team. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out.
Bookings
To secure a date, a signed contract and 25% non-refundable retainer is required. This retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable. This deposit will be put toward the client’s total balance. The remaining balance will be due at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.

Accepted forms of payment include: cash, debit, credit and e-transfer. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated. Bridal Previews and retainer fees are two separate costs. Any cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances are still under the same policies.
Cancellations
Cancellations for wedding services for ANY reason must be made 3 months (90) days prior to the client’s reserved date or the client will be responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon in this contract. Individual services have 30 days to cancel or reschedule services before cancelling policies are in effect.

Non Bridal Appointments must be canceled at least 15 days before the scheduled appointment. Your confirmation email is a google Cal invite, with your payment information linked. Cancellations made within the 15 days require payment of 25% of the service cost, and a full balance payment will be required before booking another appointment. Cancellations outside of the 15 days have no penalties. Verbal, email, text or DM confirmations are considered valid, we expect all clients to have read out polices and agreed to each policy listed upon requesting a service.
Failure to pay will result in taking action in small claims court. The 25% Retainer remains non-refundable. Please be mindful that canceling within 89 days of the event or 14 days of your non bridal event are subject to payment of the full agreed amount. Canceling outside if the 90 days results in no extra fees or penalties. This includes changes to the agreed final numbers of services.
Late Fee
A late fee of $10.00 will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled appointment time, or if the scheduled makeup application exceeds the allotted time due to client delays.
If a Client misses a booked appointment, responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon in this contract. Niky’s Beauty holds the right to refuse a service due to lateness in the circumstance that it will overlap with services booked after your appointment.
Overdue Invoice
The final balance is due 48 hours before your service date when paying through e-transfer, debit or credit. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) whose name(s) appears on the contract.
Failure to pay before the departure of the stylist or artist will result in a late fee. $50.00 for each day past service date.
Any payment not completed by the end of the wedding/event/appointment day will be given a 3 day notice that must be paid out, if payment is not paid out by specified date collections may be be filed. If there are any last verbally agreed last minute add on services, it’s the contract holder (Bride’s/Client) responsibility to have them look over our policies. Last min add on + immediate cancellation will result in a fee.
